Steven was really easy to deal with and came across as an intelligent and honest person who took his role seriously. We had a few issues with the house but this we believe was due to nondisclosure or ignorance by the vendors and a lack of due diligence by ourselves and does not reflect on Steven's role in the transaction. We were impressed by Steven and would use him as our agent again.
