Great communication, easy process and totally worry free from start to finish

Steve was absolutely fantastic with the listing, advertising and selling of my property in Waitahanui, Taupo. The property was a holiday "get away" and not living in the area and my partner passing away, Steve simply took over the listing as if it were his own. Steve was incredible as it was very sad circumstances on having to list the property. Steve could not do enough for me in keeping the holiday "bach" clean and tidy inside and out. Even the bush gardens had a go over! Steve showed a lot of love for the property as loved the area with trout fishing almost at the doorstep. Steve kept me up to date with what the market was doing and viewing comments. Honestly I cannot say enough about Steve Sprague, he is 100% committed to his job. Would never hesitate in listing or buying a property with Steve as he is a very honest and a genuine hard working agent.
