So, when we saw this house listed with Harcourts, we naturally contacted Steve. His communication is first rate and he was very accommodating in arranging in-person and video viewings for us. Our first offer was unsuccessful, but with Steve's help we bought the house in the end.

Steve was absolutely fantastic with the listing, advertising and selling of my property in Waitahanui, Taupo. The property was a holiday "get away" and not living in the area and my partner passing away, Steve simply took over the listing as if it were his own. Steve was incredible as it was very sad circumstances on having to list the property. Steve could not do enough for me in keeping the holiday "bach" clean and tidy inside and out.
