John and I found finding a home to buy exceedingly disheartening and frustrating. Prices were increasing weekly and demand meant that vendors were accepting offers prior to deadline dates. We met Steve at an open home he had that we put an offer in on. Although we missed out on that one, Steve remembered us and our particular circumstances so when he had another property to sell which he thought may suit us, he rang.
