We met Steve first at an open home for a townhouse being auctioned. He was warm, friendly, professional and helpful. When we missed out on that house he followed up and took us through several other similar places, one of which we put in an offer on in a deadline sale and were successful. Steve kept the communication going throughout the process, whether it was his listing or not, and while we know an agent is acting for the seller, we felt that he was there for us too. Steve is an awesome agent. As a buyer researching houses and going to many open homes, I found Steve to be polite and professional. Always giving you the information you need and not afraid to say "I don't know" instead of giving you a half answer. After getting questions from many potential buyers he was always quick to find the answers we needed and get back to us, even when sending questions over email late in the day he would find answers from the vendors aand get back to us in less than a day.
