We truly appreciate what you have both done for us. To buy and sell at same time is an amazing feat and one that initially looked impossible, especially given the tight time frames. Whilst being extremely busy with 10 homes on the go, you took up the challenge for us to find a buyer in time for us to buy another home which was going to auction. I know a lot of background work goes on that we don’t see, but you made it look seamless. Always positive and a how can we make this work attitude. We have been seriously looking for the last 2 or 3 years to make a move, but never wanted to be out of the market, selling a house and not knowing when we would next buy.
