Steve was amazing to work with when selling our property, his communication, strategy and consistency were key in making sure a sale was achieved. In a challenging market a solid strategy is key, Steve came in and provided some options in terms of strategies and potential outcomes for each, we understood all the way what our options were and how things could play out, we could make decisions armed with all the information. At each step Steve would update us on the progress of our campaign, so we were never left wondering what was going on.
