He was thoroughly professional throughout, presenting stats to us in a form that we could understand. He stayed in contact, and I really enjoyed working with him. Steve had an effective balance of attentiveness and giving us space when we were looking around the property. He was welcoming and on hand to answer questions or provide information, but didn’t feel the need to follow us around or bombard us with info like some agents do. This approach was evident in any follow up communication too. If we ever had questions he couldn’t answer, he was transparent in telling us he wasn’t sure but he would be sure to follow up to find out. His communication was always timely and he was open with us about how he thought things were going e.g. what the vendors were hoping for, how the market was trending, aspects of the property that made it different. During the period where the house was under contract, he remained in contact and was quick to answer any queries or address concerns. He was also really helpful with navigating any required paperwork. Overall, Steve was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Steve knew how the market was at the time and considering it was a buyers market I was frustrated with the negotiations. We were going back and forth and at one point I was called a grumpy buyer and that all parties were grieving. I didn't understand the concept of conversation. I felt what we offered was the right price bit maybe the sellers were not being realistic and it wasn't Steve's fault. I guess he is guided by the sellers. The first offer we put on paper was eventuallly accepted and I believe this would have been an easy transition if was accepted on the first occasion. We got there in the end and I look forward to putting my stamp on thr property.
