Steve went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly with my house sale. Even when there was a few concerns over permitting Steve arranged for the appropriate people to help sort it. Even with the buyers lawyer from out of town Steve dealt with this with no fuss. Open homes were conducted well and followed up with potential buyers promptly and feed back to me in a good time frame. If I needed to sell another property In Palmerston North I would not need to think twice, Steve would be top of my list, highly recommend.
