Even with the buyers lawyer from out of town Steve dealt with this with no fuss. Open homes were conducted well and followed up with potential buyers promptly and feed back to me in a good time frame. If I needed to sell another property In Palmerston North I would not need to think twice, Steve would be top of my list, highly recommend.
