Sell and walk away

We honestly wouldn't recommend Steve. After purchasing our new home via Steve, we have had numerous issues. We contacted Steve within 6 days of moving in to advise of the issues and still now, over a month later are having to sort these issues ourselves. Steve's approach has been that a) we didn't advise him early enough and b) there is no proof that the issues were there before we moved in. It's interesting that it can be very easy to say that with "a new build any issues will be sorted" however when it comes down to it, it was more 'sell and walk away'.
