Stephen is a brilliant agent and human being and it’s been an honour and definitely a privilege to have had him representing us.

After a long search in the hottest market in history, we’d all but given up. That is, until we randomly stumbled on our new home. Eastbourne was on the list but so few houses come up aligned with what we were looking for we were surprised by what we found. Meeting Stephen the first time was great; he’s warm, friendly, informed and easy to get on with. He knows Eastbourne well and oozed “trustworthy”. Stephen was accessible, approachable and an honest broker for his Vendor with us. At no point did we wonder about his integrity in the process and all his careful guidance and advice was accurate. While a good Vendor has a lot to do with the process, Stephen was clearly advising his Vendor honestly and openly about us, our interest and our offer and the same in return to us about his Vendor’s interests. At a time when the market is white-hot, you’d be forgiven for thinking that opportunity might engender more pressure, less client focus and the odd cut corner. Not so. In fact, Stephen made the process easy for us. We are really impressed by Stephen and the other Agents we’ve met from Professionals, we would absolutely recommend him to both Vendors and Clients.
