When we purchased our property through Steph and Mike Pero Real Estate, it felt like dealing with a friend. Steph was always available and communicated with me at all stages of the purchase. Nothing was ever a problem for her, and the fact that I wanted to view the property MANY times was never an issue. I found Steph knowledgeable and helpful, as I negotiated my way around the post-quake information, which had never been an issue until we moved to Canterbury.
