I purchased a 'home away from home' property through Steph in Hororata, and it was not a straight forward property, one that required a bit of due diligence to be sure it was within the scope of what I required. She was very helpful and a great communicator and was regularly in contact to ensure I had the information I needed. Living locally gives her a great advantage in the Selwyn and Malvern area, and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell. She continues to keep in touch and has become my 'honorary caretaker' for the property that is only visited by me irregularly, which is extremely helpful when I live over 40 minutes away.

Steph is friendly and nothing appears to be to much of a bother for her. She would take care of our dog when she took people to view. She got the house sold which is a good thing.
