Client is always right ,I was heard and later , she smoothly and timely intervened . - good business practices. She negotiated her sale to me after I was turned down twice . desperation led me to verbally make an offer on a cottage . Stacey calls me , her vendor had accepted , moving out in 10days to accommodate me. The buyer , Me, was distrustful , worried vendor would pull out again and I’d be homeless . A very calming , quietly confident agent , reassured me , Sunday night I had S&P signed . Stacey is full of heart and very subtle negotiator. It’s a refreshing surprise for me departing a very hostile mannered property market that works only for the agent’s interest. Hence my move . I pray she holds these and wish her success.
