Client is always right ,I was heard and later , she smoothly and timely intervened . - good business practices. She negotiated her sale to me after I was turned down twice . desperation led me to verbally make an offer on a cottage . Stacey calls me , her vendor had accepted , moving out in 10days to accommodate me. The buyer , Me, was distrustful , worried vendor would pull out again and I’d be homeless .
