Sophie was always quick to respond , answered all my questions with good back up . She never pressured me when she noticed I was struggling if it was the right decision for me . That’s where she was patient. She encouraged me that the sticking points weren’t so bad and how to overcome them. She pointed me in the direction of quotes for blinds that I could afford and introduced me to the rental agent Alex Bradley and those girls work so well together.
