Sophie managed get four tenants in unequal shares moving in one direction and made a great sale. From arranging cleaners and gardeners, communicating well and using he professional skills I consider her a to be a top agent. She really went the extra mile for the vendors who are spread over three different countries. She got us all a great result. She took a lot of the worry over all of the details of the sale off our shoulders and really put the whole show together. Thanks, Sophie.

as we are in our retirement year Sophie show respect & patients with us, as Sophie guided us through step by step with market knowledge,& professionalism, and her communication was brilliant as i have bad hearing. and she came through & sold the house in good time, just like she said she would. PS if Sophie is as good musically, as she at selling housing , i must go and listen to her. Pete & Lilly

Sophie was fantastic to work with and took all the stress out of selling our house. There is no doubt that this is not just a job for Sophie but something that she is extremely passionate about and that makes itself clear with the fantastic results Sophie gets for her clients. Sop always made sure that we were protected with our house sale (i.e. not left homeless) and has the most amazing work ethic - she puts her heart and soul in and just never stops until she gets results! We recommend Soph to anyone who makes noises about selling a house as we know she puts her clients first every time. We can't thank you enough Sop and we miss our little chats and catch ups. We can't wait to show you the dream house once it is completed as you were a vital step in achieving that dream :)

Sophie took time to explain everything clearly about the contract and the house and was very patient with answering all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable about her market knowledge and advised us what was going to be best for us to put forward. She was very professional in how she spoke to us and allowed us time to talk about a decision as she stepped out of the room. She worked with us on times after work that worked for us to meet up with us. And she made the process very easy and not stressful.

Sophie's energy was so positive that, when combined with her obvious professional knowledge, our viewings were not just informative, but fun also. Communications thereafter, by phone conversations and text, were equally enjoyable and moved the process along in good time and smoothly. We couldn't be happier than with Sophie handling the purchase of our fab new home.

After 31 years in our home the thought of moving on was extremely daunting, Sophie made the whole process so stress free, her communication was above and beyond and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Sophie treated the sale of our property likenitbwas her top priority and even wrote and sang a song about OUR home to go with the online marketing. She understood how important it was to us to have our home handed over to someone who would truely appreciate it like we had. If you are considering selling or buying you cannot get better than Sophie Haley and the Team at Harcourts

Sophie worked very hard to find a buyer for our property. She has kept us informed through out the process . Her traveling out to talk to us instead of over the phone was much appreciated.

Sophie has communicated well with us and kept us informed through out the purchase of 13 Forget Me Not Lane. She has been easy to deal with . I felt she could have handled explaining the payment of the deposit in more detail .

Was amazing to deal with made everything so easy to understand for us first home buyers, will definitely be recommending her to anyone else

A chance social meeting and a passing word we were looking at moving to Sophie was just meant to be. From the start Sophie couldn't have done more for us. She kept us in the loop on how the viewings and comments on our place were going. We highly recommend her. You get a real gem with Sophie as your Agent.
