He supported us in our decision to use BEO rather than a tender process. He helped us present the house at its most attractive. The advertising was champion - it was honest and clear. And we had a number of people comment that they appreciated that the photos were not wide angle shots that give a deceptive perspective. The selling process was handled really well, with Chris taking account of our needs and concerns. SOK’s pricing structure is a winner too - it is clear they are not out to rort their clients!
