Siobhan was very personable and easy to talk to. She responded quickly to requests for a visit to the house and provided us with everything we needed. When it came to a multi offer she described the process clearly and facilitated our being able to sign when we were not at home with a scanner. In all aspects of our experience with Siobhan, she was completely professional. We had a number of queries about aspects of the property at the end of the 10 working day period and she ensured she did everything she could to facilitate us getting the answers we needed.
