Siobhan first contacted me after she had seen our section for sale on Trade Me, we were attempting to sell it privately but not having much luck. Siobhan was not pushy or anything but just really informative and helpful in suggesting we might try with an agent if we were having trouble selling it privately. She had already sold sections similar to ours in the area we were selling in. After a few weeks of no luck, we contacted Siobhan to help us to sell our section.
