Simone has been an outstanding sales agent. Because of the market, it has taken some time to sell my house but throughout she has remained dedicated and enthusiastic about pursuing a sale. Simone not only provided written, weekly feedback but would call me and update me after each open home. She was extremely positive and professional in all her dealings. Although the market has been difficult she has maintained contact with all interested parties, following up on a regular basis until she achieved a sale. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing to sell their home.

Simone was and remains really helpful throughout the purchase process. Agents generally represent the interests of their seller but Simone has been very generous with her advice and time to facilitate the communication between us and the vendors. She is also very clear with the process and leaves little to no doubt around what to do next, and as a first home buyer this can have a big positive effect to the experience of buying a home.

We contacted Simone after being impressed by her marketing material. It's hard finding an agent you can trust, selling is such a massive commitment and there is always that worry you're being "sold" to. From the first conversation we felt so comfortable that Simone would be honest with us and she certainly was through the whole process. Her straightforward and direct style, is balanced with a warm and passionate personality. We were so glad that we put our trust in Simone, it was a pleasure having such a knowledgeable and hard working agent in our corner to guide us through a dipping market and ultimately get a great deal done. If you're after a passionate, trustworthy agent who goes the extra mile you won't regret working with Simone!

From the moment we met with Simone we felt at ease. She understood our needs and ensured we were involved of all the decisions along the way. Her photographer was really friendly and worked around our family schedule. Would not hesitate to work with Simone again.

Simone was a God send ! She is the consummate professional combined with a real humane touch . Simone is real , genuine , honest, knowledgeable, warm , friendly and super helpful. Simone goes over and beyond what her role defines . We feel so blessed to have had her own our team and I know the buyers rely this way too . Not only before the sale but during and after her service continued . I would highly recommend Simone to ANYONE buying or selling their home

I can’t speak highly enough of Simone as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge and hard work are very much appreciated and respected. We always knew what was going on through regular updates via email and calls, even through lockdown we were never out of the loop. She went above and beyond what we expected and can't thank her enough. Highly recommend using Simone as your real estate agent.
