Selling a property is always very stress inducing but with these two guiding the way, it was one of the most stress free process i've been part of. One thing that definitely stood out when compared to other agents was that she genuinely cares about what your needs are. She will go the extra mile to achieve just that, address all the concerns or questions you might have and try to get the best deal for you. Having said that, we were also particularly impressed by the weekly reports generated by her (very very in-depth analysis) from the open homes and also impressed by her ability to adapt given the situations e.g. changing open home timing, duration, descriptions online etc to in the end attract more buyers instead of just sitting around. It was quite impressive on all the due diligence that was happening to make the campaign as successful as it could be. Even if that meant she had no time to put her shoes on because she would be chasing down all the interested parties to again increase the buyer pool and success rate. All in all, we sold our property in record time thanks to Simone and Fleur, they consulted us every single step of the way, collaborated extremely well and if i had to go through this again, whether its purchasing or buying i would definitely get them to be my agents. It was a little sad at the end of the journey given the relationship that was formed, but i will time to time followup and touch base with them. This is how amazing Simone and Fleur were.
