We found Simon and Cooper friendly, approachable and genuinely caring in their attention to all details of our latest property transaction. They took care of, or advised us, on all aspects of the sale and provided extensive feed-back of buyer interest during the marketing phase. We have no hesitation in highly recommending the Spiller+Spiller team at Bayleys.
From the start Simon and Cooper proved they were both able and willing to look out for our best interests. From arranging viewings to meet our time constraints to helping us navigate a purchase after having to drop everything and travel to the other side of the world rather suddenly. We couldn't have asked for a more honest, up front and genuinely decent real estate team to help us through the puzzle and stress that is buying property with a young family in tow. After having dealings with various other estate agents in the region (which were less than ideal to say the least) we are so glad Simon and Cooper were the ones to sell us our forever home! They proved to us that not all estate agents are simply in it for their percentage - they genuinely care about the families they come into contact with and the area they represent
We engaged Spiller + Spiller to sell our property in Muriwai. Their marketing and presentation of the property was accurate and very well done. They provided weekly updates with all prospective purchasers comments, positive and negative. Their negotiation and sales skills resulted in us getting a price we were happy with in what was a tight market. Found them to be friendly and very easy to deal with with, always open to a phone call to discuss anything which came up. Found them to be straight up which means a lot to my partner and myself. Would highly recommend.

We have used Cooper and Simon Spiller a few times now to successfully sell our properties in the Muriwai district. This time, they communicated well with us and all of our tenants, managed the process smoothly in a challenging selling environment and found buyers for us who were a great match.
Simon and Cooper have sold 2 properties at auction on our behalf. Excellent work, great result on both occasions, couldn’t be happier.

We couldn't recommend Simon and Cooper Spiller highly enough. From the first meeting Simon and Cooper offered their knowledge and experience to help guide us through the process of preparing to put our property on the market. They were obliging to our many questions and made us feel confident that no stone would be left unturned in trying to get the best possible outcome for us come the end of the marketing campaign. They were professional at all times, provided open and honest feedback which we trusted throughout the process. We were thrilled with the number of groups through the open homes and we are over the moon with the end result. Thanks to you both for the hard work and much appreciated expertise.
Simon and Cooper Spiller did a great job for us on the sale of our family home of 48 years. From our first meeting through to the sale they were professional, organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and candid with us. This was more than a financial transaction for us and we felt the Spillers understood and were respectful of the emotions involved too. Many thanks to Simon and Cooper for their hard work and thoughtful advice, and the final outcome.
Simon and Cooper out did expectations in terms of professionalism while showing great patients and support in a turning market. We have no doubt they worked hard and would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
When I came to the realisation that it was time to sell my property I knew who to call. Simon and Cooper Spiller had sold my previous property, a lifestyle block, in Waimauku only two years before. Even though I now lived in Riverhead I had no hesitation in asking if they would consider taking my lovely home to the market. I needed the best price, in a falling market, to enable me to substantially reduce my mortgage. Simon brings a multitude of selling and negotiating experience and Cooper brings all the knowledge of modern technology and charm to create the perfect team. They’re a no bullshit, straight to the point, hardworking team from a family that have been in the real estate business for decades. Also they couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me to negotiate my new property and helped me with the contract. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I totally recommend you list with Spiller and Spiller. You won’t regret it.
Having had Simon sell a property for me previously it was a no brainer to turn to him again – both he and Cooper were fantastic to deal with, very professional and eternally optimistic during a challenging period in the market and with a property that didn’t necessarily tick everyone's boxes. It was a long haul due to those circumstances but Simon and Cooper tirelessly ran weekly open homes for the duration and were great at keeping me informed every step of the way. At sale completion it honestly felt as if I had won the lotto!
