We chose to engage Simon and Cooper because not only had they been recommended to us, but they instilled confidence at our first meeting, with their strategising about how to get the best outcome for a property that needed to be sold under some very specific requirements. I was impressed how they sprung into action and organised photography, the marketing etc within record time when we had a deadline to get the house on the market just a week before everything shut down for the Christmas/summer holidays.
