I listed my property with Simon twice; first time was a couple of years ago when the NZ market was at its peak. He did an excellent job with the marketing and I very much enjoyed working with him. He was always available and nothing was a problem. I always felt his enthusiasm for my property. He kept me up to date with the progress and I always felt he was working very hard for me.
