Simon made me feel like I was his only customer. I know he had other customers, and I'm sure they all received the same attention. He always answered his phone (or called straight back). He did what he said he would do, and he outlined/discussed everything with me so that it made sense and so that that there were no surprises. I listed my property with Simon twice; first time was a couple of years ago when the NZ market was at its peak. He did an excellent job with the marketing and I very much enjoyed working with him. He was always available and nothing was a problem. I always felt his enthusiasm for my property. He kept me up to date with the progress and I always felt he was working very hard for me. The result of that auction, and negotiations after, achieved an excellent price, but I decided the time was not quite right for me to sell personally.
