Initially Simon told us that our house will be difficult to sell because of the monolithic cladding and that to ease the minds of prospective buyers a property report would be a good idea. Unfortunately the report was not good and created a real impediment to a sale . However he did not give up trying and his perseverance and experience came to the for and a sale was achieved even if below our expectations. I give him full marks for his efforts
