Simon knows the Kerikeri market very well. He kept things real for us from the get go! Right from the questions Simon asked us about the house when we first met ‘what did we love about the house’ was a perfect question. He got to know us as well as the house. Simon’s selling estimate was on point. His marketing documentation provided us good insights and we knew exactly what fees and costs were involved. There was any ‘overcooking the estimate’ and we felt even though it was a flat market and lows sales time of year he gave us the confidence that it would sell. He was considerate and really took his time to support us as we were navigating a deceased estate. Simon was respectful and kind as we had a tricky estate to manage. There was great communication, and timely updates as we were on the sales process. I throughly recommend working with Simon as he provided us with knowledge, insights, guidance and advice.

He quickly understood what we were looking for and the things that ticked the boxes for us, and although very professional in his field we really appreciated his down to earth, relatable manner.
