The process of purchasing a home can be stressful especially when new to the area however we felt safe with Simon. He quickly understood what we were looking for and the things that ticked the boxes for us, and although very professional in his field we really appreciated his down to earth, relatable manner. Simon was quick to return phone calls and emails and went to great lengths to find out the 'answer' to any queries we did have. We also loved the fact Simon is Kerikeri born and bred so lots of tips/knowledge for us newcomers in that regard. We would very happily work with Simon again whether buying or selling a home.
