Simon is a good person to work with. Friendly, always available, never personally offended, He communicates on multiple platforms, is sensitive about what buyers want or do not want to hear and communicates that with us. We've sent him back and forth but he didn't give up. Simon is not an aggressive salesperson. It's all about caring for both parties and fairness. He's got us into a multi-offer situation and kept all the prospect buyers on a leash in case the sale to our preferred buyer would fall through.
