At all times Shona gave us a positive, confident and competant service. There were a couple of relatively minor things which we expected not to have occurred. These may have resulted from miscommunication or mistakes within Professionals. They were: the absence of small direction signs at road junctions for the first open home, and advertising on Trade Me the night before our deadline for tenders. In relation to the latter, a young couple arrived at our house, unexpectedly and not accompanied by an agent. This made for an awkward greeting and us showing our home to them.
