From day 1, I knew Shona has an in-depth knowledge in real estate, she is experienced, skillful and has what it takes to deliver a good outcome for us. We were overseas for the entire time our property was on the market. We knew when we left on our trip that our house sale has been left in good hands, and we were not disappointed. The staging, the photos and video were all very well done under Shona's supervision. These, no doubt, contributed to a good outcome. Shona worked hard, was fully committed and put in extra effort to ensure a good outcome. She kept us informed at every stage. We had about 50 groups of interested parties come through to view the property and 13 offers. The property was sold within 2.5 weeks at a price that exceeded our expectations.
