She was very easy to work with and worked miracles with marketing and building interest and competition, resulting in a really good sales price for us. Bottom line is that Shelley is a nice lady and very Sharp, driven, organised, and honest. I could not recommend her highly enough and her fees were between a third and half compared to other agents.
