I found this process with Shelly to be extremely useful in so many ways. Tha law has changed since I moved 8 years ago. She pushed when I quite frankly needed a kick in the tail but was too scared. I recognise that it is nearly impossible for anyone else to understand another persons experience, particularly when in my case I have moved and lived in so many countries and had so many moves even in N.Z. My irritation at that was mine to sort out. I just had to regroup and Shelley waited for which I thank her.
We highly recommend Shelley! In a tough market Shelley worked hard to get a sale. Her communication was awesome, and she was honest about the current market conditions. Her appraisal was on the lower end of what we were quoted by others; we fell in the trap of going elsewhere at first due to a higher appraisal. There are a few 'sharks' out there telling you what you want to hear, then lowering your expectations thereafter.
