My property was not your ordinary 3 x bedroom house and garage, it was a 5 bedroom, 2 storied, 130 year old Bank Building. A difficult one to sell, but she never gave up. We were updated and regularly kept in contact after every open home and after discussions with prospective buyers. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and her negotiation skills came to the fore. Even when I felt like giving up Shelley was always there to keep trying and try she did. I cannot recommend a better agent to handle your property sale. You will certainly not be disappointed.
