I was recommended Shaun Davey through friends who were also getting help from him to purchase a property for themselves as well as for their son. He was correctly portrayed as a down to earth, easy-going guy who would go the extra mile to help me purchase a house as stress-freely as possible! And all the while he was hugely professional and most importantly honest and transparent, keeping me on track, explaining the purchase process, and generally keeping me mostly sane and calm! Shaun devoted a lot of his time to visiting potentials homes with me including organizing private viewings. He was knowledgeable about the market and this enabled me to be realistic about what I could, and could not afford. I really appreciate his professional but friendly manner and in particular am grateful for his help at the auction where he placed bids on my behalf. I would highly recommend Shaun to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell a house and, in particular from my experience, Shaun is an ideal choice if you are new to the house buying process.
