My wife and I had been looking for the perfect house for quite some time. Shaun was marketing a house that we missed out on in a multi-offer situation. Like most agents I'd spoken with he asked if he could help us find a home to buy, I said sure not expecting much as many other agents had said the same thing and I'd never heard from them again. They were great throughout the process, it was a tough conditions to be selling and we were well prepared for an auction with no bidders, not at all disheartened and had clear understanding and buy in to the plan going forward. Despite the market conditions and thanks to Shaun's sage advice, they quickly achieved a result for us that we were really happy with.
