From the first meeting with Sharon she was friendly and helpful. She wasn't pushy, but accepted we were uncertain what to do re selling our property. She hung in there with us with no pressure whatsoever, and we felt her attitude deserved our loyalty, so we gave her our listing. We'd decided to build, and even though it wasn't a sale for her personally, she supported us in that decision and was delighted to have the opportunity to sell our home. Sharon was very professional when it came to the actual listing, explaining things clearly before we signed. We felt selling was all about us, and not the agency. She communicated well. The only minor thing was she didn't call us after the first open home until the following day which can feel like a lifetime to a vendor. But when I asked her if she could leave a note, or a text, she rang me within 10 minutes of the next open home ending, which was greatly appreciated. She was always very positive about our home and kept saying it would come onto the market well. Due to a change in that market we did drop our price, but we were unconditional within 22 days. Result. We found Sharon easy to deal with, and have gone from being strangers to feeling we have a friend who is always welcome to visit us in our new home.
