Initially didn’t see the potential in the house, however Sharon was able to sell me the dream and made me realise how suitable the property was for my needs. From the open home on Sunday, to a verbally accepted offer on the Friday, the process was fast and smooth, and Sharon was always only a call away. When the house went 'live' she used her contacts to ensure it was marketed as widely as possible and kept us informed throughout this time. She kept in regular contact and her updates and advice were not only very much appreciated but were spot on. Enjoyed meeting Sharon on viewing 57 Grosvener Gardens, she liaise between the two parties professionally, completing the sale , keeping both parties well informed throughout.

From the first meeting with Sharon she was friendly and helpful. She wasn't pushy, but accepted we were uncertain what to do re selling our property. She hung in there with us with no pressure whatsoever, and we felt her attitude deserved our loyalty, so we gave her our listing. We'd decided to build, and even though it wasn't a sale for her personally, she supported us in that decision and was delighted to have the opportunity to sell our home. Sharon was very professional when it came to the actual listing, explaining things clearly before we signed. We felt selling was all about us, and not the agency. She communicated well. The only minor thing was she didn't call us after the first open home until the following day which can feel like a lifetime to a vendor. But when I asked her if she could leave a note, or a text, she rang me within 10 minutes of the next open home ending, which was greatly appreciated. She was always very positive about our home and kept saying it would come onto the market well. Due to a change in that market we did drop our price, but we were unconditional within 22 days. Result. We found Sharon easy to deal with, and have gone from being strangers to feeling we have a friend who is always welcome to visit us in our new home.

We found Sharon to very accommodating when trying to find a property to buy. And in the end we were very successful.

Sharon is very experienced in selling and did a very good job selling my parent's home at a challenging time of year. We got a great price, and that was entirely down to her. Sharon's communication could have been better, but that was nullified by the end result. Sharon is a great agent, and I would have no problem recommending her to anyone.
