We found Sharon was great with marketing suggestions with preparing the property for sale. We had a reasonably quick sale in a slow market during a period when real estate was falling. Sharon was able to introduce a few buyers to the property which resulted in a sale. Although the sale was less than expected the market had dropped significantly during the preparation period so the final price did match the average sale price for the suburb.
