This was the second property I’ve bought through Sharon @ Harcourts. Initially didn’t see the potential in the house, however Sharon was able to sell me the dream and made me realise how suitable the property was for my needs. From the open home on Sunday, to a verbally accepted offer on the Friday, the process was fast and smooth, and Sharon was always only a call away. We were so impressed with Sharon right from the start of the sales process. She knew the market and professionally guided us through the initial marketing. When the house went 'live' she used her contacts to ensure it was marketed as widely as possible and kept us informed throughout this time. She kept in regular contact and her updates and advice were not only very much appreciated but were spot on. As we do not live in Hamilton she provided those little extras to ensure the house was presented immaculately for viewings.
