My real estate journey began in New Plymouth back when the average home sold for around $80,000 and deals were often sealed on the bonnet of a car. After taking time away from the industry to raise my family, and doing various administration roles over the years, whilst also being a busy mum of 2 boys, I decided to follow a passion for photography I had developed and completed a fulltime yearlong photography course at WITT graduating with A levels. This unique skill set gives me a distinct edge when advising clients on how to present their homes for market, ensuring every property is showcased in its best possible light. I returned to real estate in 2016, working as an executive assistant to the principal of a local real estate firm. This role gave me fresh insight into the evolving industry and strengthened my commitment to helping people through the property journey. After four years in that role, I completed my qualifications once again and stepped confidently back into sales. Today, I bring not only practical experience and industry knowledge but also a genuine passion for working alongside clients guiding them in a warm, personal, and professional way as they buy or sell property. For me, real estate has always been about people, and I’m proud to offer a service that feels both approachable and uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs.

Easy to deal with

We first met Sharon on purchasing our home in New Plymouth and found her professional and made the purchase easy, when it came to selling we thought we would phone Sharon, again she made the process easy and kept us updated during the time listed, we had numerous open homes with buyers every weekend in a not so easy market, Sharon kept in touch with both buyers and us to keep us informed.
