Sharon helped the reviewer buy this property

100% efficient and approachable from our first contact. Sharon listens and is on it!

We communicated with Sharon very easily. She was ALWAYS available to ask specific queries, and always got back to us with an answer that day. We did not expect to fall in love with the property, and the whole process swept along fluently. She guided and negotiated professionally to both buyers /sellers. Knowledge of the property was strong. Her explanation of the process made us feel supportive and sensitive. Sharon was absolutely 'on it' when listening to our 2nd viewing ideas/ quandries/ requirements. She listened intently to our needs, offering solutions - this was the exciting part of a possible purchase! Final negotiations were met with ease, her offer to help on paperwork and conversations with our solicitor were met. Timescale was super quick and we are now living in our beautiful home. This experience has built confidence in our presence within the market. ( it needs to be said -Other Estate Agents were more aggressive). Sharon made us feel valued from day 1, and 'not just another number'. Thank-you for your approachable manner, bright and always CHEERGUL ENERGY, even when we felt scared by the process. Also thank you for your 'Big Sister' advice, guidance and support. Lastly thank you for encompassing our son within the process. We are already promoting Sharon to our friends.
