There were three agency and we picked EVES, because it was the closest from where we parked. Jumping to the conclusion. We were very lucky to meet Sharon at EVES. Yes, it took a quite a while, but demand for houses in Tauranga was big at the time, most properties are in auction, especially the good ones. Also, our budget was limited with many requirements. She was very pleasant to work with, super helpful and prompt. Very hard working agent. Finding home is exciting, but very stressful too. Sharon made us always positive, also with her cheerfulness. At the end we got our perfect home with her advice, the property which we thought we could never afford, but she forced us to view it and went to the auction and we won!
