I have known Shar since 2021 when I attended one of her open homes for a previous house purchase. I was buying a house on my own and she offered to be my buyers agent and after a short period of searching, we successfully won the auction of the first property I went to auction on. When we came to sell this property, naturally I reached out to Shar to offer an appraisal. While we ended up going with another agent (purely for financial reasons), Shar's grace and passion throughout the process was unparalleled and even she offered to be our buyers agent again instead - which leads me to this review. Shar has stuck with us for the last four months attending (too) many open homes with us, assisting us with several offers, and finally achieving the successful purchase of Skylark Lane. We cannot thank her enough for her persistence during the process and it's clear that real estate is more than just job for her - her passion for helping people get into their homes really shines through.
