We had an excellent experience working with Shane as our real estate agent. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he always went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. When we missed out on a property, Shane didn’t miss a beat—he quickly found us another great option, showing just how dedicated he is to his clients. We couldn’t be happier with the service he provided and are thrilled with the home he helped us secure. We highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Our father’s deceased estate, and as trustees my sisters and I lived away from the property. Shane communicated exceptionally well with both of us and went out of his way to do a lot of extra things for us.

We had a great experience working with Shane to sell our investment property in Tuakau. He was very responsive to what we needed and available to assist with access to the property as we didn't live nearby. We would totally recommend Shane to future buyer and sellers! Thanks Shane :-)

From the moment we met Shane, he was very pleasant and up front about the details of the home we purchased. There were a couple of flaws which Shane pointed out immediately, and did not glaze over the details. Communication was excellent, and really made us feel like he put us first. We were first home buyers, met a few agents and visited a few open homes, no one was more attentive to us than Shane. The property was up for auction, we advised Shane that we will not attend the auction, but would like to put an offer if the property passed on auction day. Shane advised to get an offer ready, and we were lucky to have our offer accepted after a round of negotiation. Even after going unconditional, Shane went to lengths to sort out some minor issues, and we really appreciated that. We highly recommend Shane, both for sellers and buyers. He is very professional and at the same time personable. He works meticulously to make the whole process as simple as possible. We appreciate your efforts Shane, and thank you for making our first home purchase a breeze.

My agent was definitely a huge help in all aspects of this purchase. When things went wrong he was there to help. Meaning that I purchased a house I didn't think I could.

Working with Shane was an excellent experience. He made the process of buying our first investment property very easy! He not only helped us find somewhere in our price-range, but also helped us get a pre-viewing to get an early foot in the door. He was kind and very personable, ensuring we didn't feel pressured into buying the wrong house. We had looked at several other options for an investment, but Shane just made it so easy we couldn't help but follow him. He communicated with us very well, taking time out of his nights and weekends to talk to us and make sure everything was on the right track. If he does this for all his clients we're not sure when he sleeps! We would happily recommend Shane to anyone looking to buy a house in his district, and will seek him out if we choose to buy or sell in the area again.

Shane is highly professional and just a decent honest human! Shane has sold both our homes and locked in contracts for us on the same day. We appreciate Shane for his professionalism, honesty, his character and for his skill in real-estate. Highly recommend Shane!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with the communication. Everything was explained clearly. Service was excellent. Great for a first time buyer.

From the get-go Shane was professional and thorough in all our dealings, explaining processes and very helpful with communication on all fronts.

His great local knowledge was an invaluable guide to local trends & pricing. He has an excellent understanding of real estate processes and was prompt in getting back to me if I had any queries. I would definitively recommend him.

Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly endorse their services to anyone seeking a truly outstanding real estate partner.

Kept me in the loop the whole journey. Put me in contact with a staging company who gave me a discount for the referral from Shane. Had an out of town buyer lined up before it went on the market. Had a great offer in 3 days of going on the market, couldn’t be happier.
