Shahil was there every step of the way and helped organise staging quotes and any advice needed to best present our house. Through daily messages and weekly video calls we were kept updated and informed with the feedback from interested buyers. We truly cannot fault how hard he worked for us! He was open to working with other buyers agents too, unlike some other agencies. This meant we had the best chances of achieving a desired outcome. On auction day Shahil worked tirelessly to encourage buyers to put their best foot forward, whilst also respecting our reserve.
