Shahil just helped me purchased my 2nd property! His communication, from the time I requested to view the property to handing over the keys, was excellent - actually even better after understanding he is juggling being a father to 2 young children too. On my multiple viewings - he made equal time for everyone that was there, had great knowledge of the property and of the owners also, as he had clearly built a solid relationship with them. Any questions Shahil wasn’t 100% sure on he would get back to me with an answer within an hour (most times we are talking minutes?!).
