Very pleased with management of my house sale by Shahil. Professional, courteous at all times. He communicates daily with regular updates and weekly reviews of progress. I trust his advice and judgement . His market knowledge led to an extremely good result . Would recommend him highly.

Shahil has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the home buying journey. He is friendly, has a positive attitude, and is always there for you every step of the way. Whether you're a first home buyer or not, you can't go wrong with Shahil. Highly recommend!

We dealt with many agents during our first home buying experience, but Shahil stood out from the rest. We was attentive, positive, knowledgeable, personable, a fantastic communicator and he gave us confidence the whole way through. He helped get us over the line and into our first home, and we can't thank him enough.

Shahil makes every house hunt easy for us and he lays everything what we have to do and what we need to know. He’s always spend time to update on what’s happening on the listings. We can always ask him anytime and he never failed to respond. House hunting is not an easy task but for Shahil he makes everything smooth and full of confidence to secure a Home for us.

Shahil was recommended to us by someone who has worked in the real estate industry and it has been a great decision to go with him. He was available at any time, gave us great advice and he was always professional and happy. His positive attitude and hard work gave us a fantastic result and we would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Shahil, we really enjoyed working with you.

Shahil was awesome! He was always prompt at answering any questions we would ask, he made time for us to view the property multiple times and made the whole experience feel effortless and was always reassuring!

Shahil helped me with viewing so many properties as I was "one of those buyers" and he was amazing and very patience to deal with, easy, not-too-pushy and always made himself available (even at the last minute). Would highly recommend dealing with him!" as we will be using him again for sure....

We had a positive experience with Shahil. We found him professional, attentive and responsive. His connections and good relationships with property developers help us get across the line in a tough market.

Shahil was committed and professional throughout the whole house buying process. He found a great house which met all my requirements and I couldn't be happier with it. I would recommend Shahil's services to anyone thinking of buying a property.

Shahil helped us to buy a property during lockdown with a great deal of patience and support, always accommodating our schedule and always with a smile. He found the perfect property for us, close to the beach and within our budget. Shahil is very professional and dedicated to his clients, and always ready to go the extra mile. We highly recommend working with Shahil. We will definitely work with him again .

Shahil was very helpful from the time we began planning to sell and buy our house. He assisted us in looking for our new property from North Shore to Flat bush, every weekend as we scouted for our new home. He and the team from Barfoot & Thompson Northcote supported us in selling our property for a good price and securing the new property at the same time. Shahil and his team are such a good combination, friendly, pro-active and very helpful in finding the best home for us.”

Shahil has been extremely helpful and went the extra mile to support us in finding our first home. He was extremely helpful and genuine with guiding us step-by-step on our journey towards finding the ideal home. Great communication and efficient, making it stress-free as a first time home buyer. I highly recommend Shahil and his services if you are looking for a stress-free home buying or selling experience with a positive outcome.
